I’ve been playing music and writing songs most of my life with an acoustic guitar and harmonica. In 2018 I retired from teaching and began recording, streaming and performing my music more seriously across Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Currently you can most often find me playing covers in bar & grill or restaurants either solo, duo or song swapping with a buddy. I'm also up for song circles and jamming with friends.
Building a following for my original music is something I'm working on by playing in songwriter showcases, jams, song circles, festivals and listening rooms.

I try to read the preferences of the room for both cover sets and originals and pick songs to play to suit - my master list spans genres from country to blues to rock to Latin.
In my sets you may hear songs from 70's singer songwriters like Bob Dylan, James Taylor, Beatles, CSN&Y, Willie, Van Morrison, Waylon, CCR, Bill Whithers, Bob Seger, Jimmy Buffet, America and Tom Petty as well as newer sounds like Turnpike Troubadors, Oasis, Chris Stapleton, Keb Mo, U2, Hootie/Darius Rucker, Steve Earle, Collective Soul and Foo Fighters.
